Rihards Dubra: Symphony 2 / Mystery of His Birth

Rihards Dubra's international recognition has been growing steadily over the past years. These world premiere recordings celebrating the Latvian composer are performed by the oldest symphony orchestra in the Baltic states: Liepaja Symphony Orchestra.

"In order to create real and genuine art, a person must sacrifice something whether time (both his own and the time he devotes to his loved ones), potential life opportunities, strength, emotions or health because nothing comes from nothing, and because creation without sacrifice only leads to destruction...
