Artist Information Biography Wellness, from Brooklyn, NY, was formed in late 2005 when multi-instrumentalists James Li, Dan Tobiason & Dave Stoller met in NYC. They pursued various projects, independently & together over the following years, recording at the legendary Sony Music Studios and playing shows at classic NYC venues including Arlenes Grocery, Crash Mansion & Luna Lounge. Then in early 2008, they built a recording studio in Brooklyn and began writing, recording & re-discovering their love for music. In the following months, Wellness became less of a project & more of an identity. The band enlisted long time friends Tanner Dempsey & Dillon Jenkins to complete the line-up.
