Porter Robinson: A Trailblazer in Music

Emerging at just 18, the North Carolina-based artist made his mark with a dynamic, explosive approach to electro-house. His journey took off with the groundbreaking success of his debut album "Worlds" in 2014, followed by the RIAA Gold-certified single "Shelter" with Madeon in 2016, accompanied by an extensive global tour. In 2017, he introduced his Virtual Self alias, earning a Grammy nomination for the hit "Ghost Voices."

Porter's innovative spirit continued with the launch of the Second Sky Festival in 2019, quickly selling out 30,000 tickets. His virtual festival, Secret Sky, held in 2020 and 2021, drew over 6 million viewers, setting a new standard for virtual music events. Following the success of his second album "Nurture," the festival returned, selling 40,000 tickets in record time. His Nurture Live Tour became the top-grossing electronic tour of 2021.

In 2022, Porter collaborated with Riot Games on "Everything Goes On," achieving over 100 million global streams. He showcased his live band performances at Second Sky 2022 and Coachella 2023, continuing to redefine live music experiences.
