Ainsleys Caribbean Kitchen

All ten episodes from the food and travel series presented by chef Ainsley Hariott. Ainsley explores the beautiful Caribbean and rediscovers his heritage as he samples the culinary delights that the West Indies has to offer. Along the way he stops off at Jamaica where he tries ackee-stuffed ravioli, visits a Hindu temple in Trinidad and learns about St Lucia's chocolate.
