Singularity

John Cusack stars in this US sci-fi thriller co-written and directed by Robert Kouba. When Elias van Dorne (Cusack), the head of the world's most powerful robotics corporation, introduces his new supercomputer Kronos in a bid to end all wars and save the planet, the programme quickly identifies mankind as the main threat to Earth's future. After Kronos launches an attack which wipes out most of the human race, mysterious survivors Andrew (Julian Schaffner) and Calia (Jeannine Wacker) surface years later and set out on a perilous journey to Aurora, a settlement where Kronos and its robots can't reach.
