Tsutomu Mizushima directs this Japanese anime feature which follows a group of schoolgirls who take part in Sensha-do, a sport where competitors do battle using World War Two era tanks. In this instalment, Momo Kawashima (voice of Kana Ueda) discovers she has failed her university entrance exams. Her friends from the Oarai team attempt to help her get a second chance by making her commander of Oarai's tank teams.
