The Boss

Melissa McCarthy co-writes and stars as the titular, corrupt businesswoman in this American comedy from film-maker Ben Falcone. McCarthy is Michelle Darnell, a wealthy and ruthless business tycoon who is imprisoned for insider trading. When she emerges from the clink, Michelle finds her business and reputation in ruins.

Abandoned by most of her friends, save her assistant Claire (Kristen Bell), Michelle sets out to rebuild her empire by bringing her entrepreneurial cut-throat approach to girl scouts and their cookies.
