Eleven years on from the events of 'Sex and the City 2' (2010), Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) remain close friends as they navigate life in New York in their 50s. While broadcaster Carrie is happily married to John (Chris Noth), Miranda begins studying for a Master's degree and Charlotte struggles with raising her teenage daughters.
