All three episodes from the British miniseries starring Keith Barron, Maggie O'Neill and Annette Crosbie. Kathy (O'Neill) has just moved to a town in the Midlands that is going through major redevelopment. When she meets local taxi driver Tom (Barron) they strike up an immediate rapport that eventually leads to the two having an affair.

It isn't long before both begin to question the effects that their affair is having on their respective partners as they struggle to make sense of a rapidly changing Britain in the late 1980s.
