All six episodes of the Channel 4 comedy written by and starring Rufus Jones. Peter (Jones), his wife Katy (Rebekah Staton) and her son John (Oaklee Pendergast) return home from a summer holiday in France to discover Sami (Youssef Kerkour), a Syrian refugee, has accompanied them all the way back to Dorking by hiding in the boot of their car. Although Peter is at first hostile to his uninvited house guest, the family quickly warm to Sami and welcome him into their home for as long as he needs.

While adjusting to life in Britain, Sami tracks down his own family, who are living with a couple in Berlin, and faces an agonising decision over whether to join them in Germany.
