In San Francisco's Chinatown, middle-aged cabbie Jo (Wood Moy) and his nephew/partner Steve (Marc Hayashi) discover that their recent acquaintance, Taiwanese businessman Chan Hung, is nowhere to be found-and neither is the four grand they gave him for a taxi medallion.
