Katamari Forever Ps3

The weird and wonderful world of Katamari makes its triumphant return to Sonys consoles in this sequel to the colourful adventure game.

Katamaris premise of rubbish collecting may be simple, but its addictive gameplay and wacky art style have helped transform it into a cult classic. Katamari Forever does little to change the strange formula, instead marking a number of marked improvements for this PlayStation 3 edition. The King of All Cosmos has lost his memory and its up his cousins to clear up the mess made by his robot replacement and restore the Kings memory.

Though Katamari keeps its stylized visuals, the PlayStation 3 has allowed the game to be displayed in high definition, and new visual effects allow the game world to show off more detail alongside some new graphical filters. There 50 playable cousins on offer, each of whom can be equipped with their own accessories. Using the PlayStation3 SIXAXIS controller, players can now help their Katamari leap into the air.

Katamari Forever lovingly moves the wacky Japanese cult hit to the PlayStation 3 without losing its crazy sense of humour.
