Be Careful for Nothing

CIVIL WAR IN AL-UNIDOSThe Chief, Chuck Carson, is a patriot and a leader. When his new nation calls on him as their best hope to save them, how can he refuse. The Chief becomes the general. His family and friends are scattered up and down the length of western North America. Chuck longs for them to reunite. Only victory can make that happen.
The new nation of Boundary calls The Chief to lead their army in defense of Al-Unidos aggression. He must lead a ragtag assembly of militia, retired veterans, and volunteer drifters. This disparate group of patriots from east of the Cascade Mountains in Oregon and Washington, has just days to coalesce into a fighting force capable of defeating forces from the world's fifth largest economy-Al-Unidos.
At the southern end of Al-Unidos, The Chief's youngest son, JP Carson, is still trapped inside the government of Al-Unidos. Aggressively unaware of the cabal inside the Al-Unidos government that wants JP gone, he continues to cling to his role on the governor's security detail. JP's world turns upside down when he receives secret orders that ultimately lead to him running for his life in the San Gabriel Mountains of Southern California.
Faced with insurrection in the south, and rebellion in the north, the Commonwealth of Al-Unidos' utopian society is being challenged for its young existence. The government, and its populace, must cling fast to their belief in its new pledge.
