We all know that vegetarianism is a deliberate rejection of meat as food. Many historians believe that vegetarianism as a way of life began to be cultivated even before our era. Many historical sources speak about this quite definitely; for example, in India, Greece, and ancient Rome, many vegetarians based their reluctance to eat meat on particular reasons. So, vegetarianism, despite all its advantages, is not a diet. It is instead a way of life; it does not matter if it has practical considerations or spiritual meaning. In modern society, there are two types of people who have come to vegetarianism. The first type is people who love animals with all their hearts, and there is a "killed" animal for them - just wildness. For many, even the sight of a piece of meat causes sadness and even depression. These are often people who have come to vegetarianism due to spiritual development, limiting themselves to the food of animal origin. In the process of spiritual life, a reassessment of values takes place, a person develops and purifies himself. Many people say that their body becomes light, and their thoughts are bright due to the rejection of meat and fish. The second type has more practical reasons - taking care of one's health.
