This book is a mosaic of inadequacy. It contains portraits of cracked ceramic vases and dying lilies that offer a glimpse of the turmoil that waits dormant just below the skin. It's about hard truths, inward reflection, and over-analyzation. It's about looking inward and realizing that the mandated chaos of life has uprooted you from the path of discovery. It's about those moments where the words we hear (from ourselves and from others) either water our roots or poison our soil altogether. But mostly, it's about our journey to find a place to call home in this big, wondrous garden we call life.
