A strange and deadly new phenomenon is sweeping the country at an alarming rate. Millions of people have suddenly developed life threatening food allergies. Hundreds have died. Medical professionals and scientists attribute the pandemic to the rise in tick activity, namely the Black Legged tick. But the unnatural migration of the tick and vast the number of cases suggests something or someone may be cause. When Dr. Brian Daniels and his fiancé, Brea Gundleman are reluctantly recruited by Homeland Security to uncover the truth, they discover that the new pandemic is in fact a calculated attack led by a group of extremists who's bizarre mission revolves around one person... Brea's best friend, Josephine Bakker. But is Josephine a victim or a she the domestic terrorist behind the plot? Handcuffed to a cold metal table in a Federal interrogation room, Agent Downs is expecting a record of her crimes.
