The Accidental Engineers are a bunch of happy go lucky persons of yesteryears from different streams of electrical, mechanical, civil and chemical not necessarily by choice. They never knew what their personal X factor was, and some of them are yet to discover the same. Only X known was as it appeared in Algebra to determine Y. Decades have passed, millions of theorems derived, billions of formulae have been made, but still X is unknown, but XXX is well known, We were all average guys with humble backgrounds, running around aimlessly without any direction, but with good speed and with no clue as to where we were heading, Not any more, you will discover as you read along. We are the guys who have lived seven decades, two different centuries and two different millennia. We have traversed the path from Analog to Digital, Gramophone to online music and now in the world of Artificial Intelligence, Virtual and Augmented realty, Solar power, Electric vehicles and 3D printing. All those lessons which we learnt in our lives and which were never taught in college are documented here. it is our firm belief that there is a serious need for injecting humor into the professional lives of todays Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world which is severely impacted by COVID 19. No other tool can come closer to what humor can achieve, We were told that wisdom comes with age, we are not yet fully wise, but certainly not unwise, we are waiting patiently and journey to attain higher wisdom continues.
