Amy Fletcher has never had to be brave or audacious. She had a wonderful husband who provided for her and did all the heavy lifting. After she loses him, she's suddenly faced with new challenges. Her oldest child is acting out, the younger, adopted daughter is being bullied and her biological parents are getting more involved in her life. But then, Gideon Pruitt comes into her life and has her feeling things she has never felt before.
