Hello! My name is Meg and I am an Esthetician and small business owner. I wanted to share my story with you about my journey through the beauty industry. Why? Because I wish I had this book to read before starting skin school. I wish I had someone to tell me that this stuff happens and that it won't be easy to find your forever salon and group of trustworthy industry friends; but that it's possible for sure. This is the story of my journey through the beauty industry starting from high school and going into my 30's. It goes through how I found my niche, how I dealt with evil girls, good and bad relationships, and how I succeeded past people who tried to flatten my livelihood. It's meant to be laughed at and hopefully jaw dropping and at times relatable. The events are mostly chronological but 100% true.
