Predestined as HSP with dissociation

As HSP, I had the impression from a young age already that my life was going largely in an automatic way. My life is predestined. There was nothing that could change my life. There was no one who could change my life. Due to the presence of the mental disorders PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS in the family in which I grew up, everything happened as my parents wanted it. As with many other children, my life was dominated by my parents. Now that I am 63 years old and making progress with my therapy, I realize that life itself has largely planned my life. My parents' plans were secondary to the plans of life itself. There are many things that I can better accept, as they are. That doesn't mean I'm passive. There are things I can deal with in a conscious and positive way. But it is of no use for me to worry about the rest of my life. As HSS, I keep doing the way I always do: I just do what comes to my mind.
