He writes from his academic qualifications and personal experience for NGOs/CSOs leaders and workers to make success of their institutions. The author asserts that most of the Development Practitioners, especially the NGO/CSO workers, have inadequate or with no skills in Organizational management with qualifications in different fields which have no connection with NGO management. This Handbook, therefore, aims at providing them with knowledge and ability to run their organizations and/or exchange experience in different fields of social development. It is a Practical reference for Development Practitioners while at work or during staff development programmes and make them understand what can be done for their work and/or their organizational effectiveness.
