Educational development is a Herculean task to any Government. It would be much more difficult especially to the Indian educational policy makers because more than one fourth of the India's population is still illiterates. The main objective of this book is to improve the quality of teaching and research in educational field. However, the specific objectives of this volume are to prepare policy modules for policy makers on various aspects of education problems, teacher's issue and student reaction.
