Food and beverages industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the emerging economy such as Malaysia. This book is trying to understand how the three successful companies are able to reach global market in a progressive internationalization approach. There are various environmental factors which can impact the businesses in an economy no matter in the local or foreign. These environmental factors can be categorized into external and internal environment of the businesses. The internal environment of the company includes the factors which are within the company and under the control of company such as the firm?s current capability and network and manager?s personal goals. On the other hand, the external factors are not under the control of the company and include political conditions, suppliers, competitors of the company, government regulations and rules, customers of the market, the culture of the markets and the living standard of the citizen.
