Risk Analysis in Project Management: Ventures when Going International

With this work the author would like to give an insight in the world of thinking of international project management and the risks based thereon. It deals with the case of an Austrian consortium constructing a clinical hospital in Romania, including a description of the relevant country risk as well as the project specific exposures.
