What is so great about a Crock Pot? I started slow cooking because it is easy. Put everything in a pot a when the time is up, you have a great meal without fuss. But I started to realize slow makes the meal more flavorful. The meat you use is never dry, and the flavors you combine just blend together to make a mouth watering meal that you can make again and again without any flaws.
