Funny adventures and life lessons! More than anything else, Toppy the Droplet loves to have fun, and he has the most fun when he's playing practical jokes. He doesn't understand that one of his jokes hurt the feelings of the girl next door. But when Toppy meets a nasty ice cream seller, he gets a dose of his own medicine and realizes that jokes can hurt people deeply.
