Medical Management

Management is an art based on science; defined as getting things effectively done to achieve desired objectives through proper planning, efficient implementation, and evaluation. Planning is the process of formulating objectives and determining the steps that will be employed in attaining them. Implementation includes: organizing, staffing, directing and leading, coordination of work and team building, recording and reporting, supervision, and monitoring. Evaluation is intended to measure the degree to which the objectives of the program have been achieved, to identify pitfalls and constraints, and to help re-planning for correction.
