Grannies Homespun Poetry

A collection of poems and rhymes written over a lifetime by Jessie Trudgill born in Bishop Auckland in 1934. In later life, the author entered a village poetry competition which subsequently gave her the confidence to share her hobby with a wider audience. Jessie's poems cover topics such as life, love, loss and change and are from the point of view of someone who grew up in a world very different from the one she lives in today.
