Watching from the Walls

Watching from the Walls offers an invitation for us to enter into the story of Jesus' birth. As 'watchmen on the walls, ' we have a part to play in that story---because just as Jesus came into the world once before, so does he promise to return to us. By remembering and celebrating his birth each Advent season, we anticipate and prepare for his coming return. With chapters on Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth, the Shepherds, and the Wise Men, this book provides a fresh perspective on the Nativity story. In the process, it draws us into that story and shows that each one of us has a part to play
