Frame: Become a True Man

This workbook is a guide to help men define four aspects of their masculine frame: physical, mental emotional, and spiritual. In doing so, I want the reader to discover within themselves the strength of their own character. I want the reader to uncover the mind, heart, and spirit of who they authentically are. I want the reader to become empowered to express their truth anyplace, anytime and with anyone.
