Nora's mama is sweet and loving; her papa is strict and stern. When Nora gets to spend the night with Phoebe, she discovers a home full of laughter and joy. Uncle Dan loves to tease, and he loves to make Bible stories come alive for his six children. Phoebe turns everything they do into fun, including chores. Nora can't wait until she gets to see Phoebe again. They have lots of adventure, but trouble always seems to be waiting just around the corner. Children's chapter book. Excellent for homeschool for middle elementary age. Great also for reading aloud to the children to enjoy much laughter together while absorbing some important life lessons.
