The Onion Eater

I am the onion eater. Layer by layer I have shed my sorrow, regurgitated back; layer by layer, a skin hardened with the touch of empathy. I have no name, I am it, I am the insight, left to the dark.' A young girl, keen to escape the confines of her life, is changed to dragon form. Her son, a changeling raised by his human father, returns to answer his fate. This is a tale of transformation, of fear and release, of dark things and joyous celebration.
