Kate Wood usually spends New Year's Eve with her daughter, but when a group of friends talks her into going to a party with Paul Bryant, she knows things will be different this year. She's just getting settled in small town Charles Town, West Virginia, and falling in love was not one of her resolutions, but Paul is starting to grow on her. Will she take a chance on love?
