He soon realizes that a life of adventure is a far more dangerous prospect than he had ever suspected.




Idanox is a wealthy man who possesses everything he could ever want, except true power. He will stop at nothing short of ruling Thornata, and he doesn't care how many people he has to torment, rob, or kill to make it happen. He will tolerate no rival, not even a young man with the power to manipulate the world around him. The two find themselves in a struggle for the future for Thornata, and in the end, only one can survive.
