Special Agent Jack Stone and his FBI contingent are hot on the trail of a neo-Nazi group whose terrorist plot includes bombing an elementary school. The FBI assault team raids their compound deep in the woods of Idaho, but after the dust settles, they realize the group's two leaders have escaped.
