Cheyenne West was the daughter of Laura Murray and Dakota West from Paradise Valley, Colorado. She had a younger brother, Bruce. They lived on the Silver Star Ranch with her grandparents, Ben & Marcy Murray. Cheyenne met Dr. Albert at the Paradise Valley Hospital where she worked as head nurse. They were attracted to each other from the moment they met. The more Cheyenne was with him, the better she liked him. That is, until she found out he wasn't being truthful with her.
