Most people have a real fondness for quotes; that is ones that are moving, or funny or seem to accurately express in a neat phrase some universal truth about the human condition. This collection is an eclectic assortment that represents commentary, wisdom and opinion expressed by personalities down the ages. The authors include notables as well as ordinary people.
