Cosmic Teachings offers instructioins in the Chakra Life Lessons, Yoga, meditation and nutrition. It shows you how to align to and flow with the energies in life, rather than struggle against them and how to strengthen their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. We offer both private and group classes, as well as personal retreats that are designed to meet the needs of each student. Cosmic teaching is quality teaching, geared towards the individual.
