The Quadra Village Clinic

When Dr. B. Rayne Fixer takes a trip to the slammer, Ms. Stinky takes over as a doctor in the clinic and immediately hires Nurse Foxy to help with the operations she does. Wanting to follow in Dr. Fixer's hoof prints Ms. Stinky invents many new types of surgery and is only too happy to oink her ideas around surgery at international medical conferences. Her speech about how sterilizing medical equipment is a waste of time and effort alerted the medical authorities to the potential abuses in the Quadra Village Medical Clinic. Investigations are conducted and Ms. Stinky knows that she may be relieved of her duties, but she could care less, and prays that if she is, she will also be relieved of her knickers. In fairness to Ms. Stinky she did oink, "I am practicing medicine and never claimed to always get it right. Besides, where better for theatrics than an operating theatre?"Every Village Needs an Idiot Series celebrates the good fortune we have in Canada to always have strong competition for the position of village idiot in every community. In the series we learn about some of the animals that are the strongest candidates for these positions in Victoria, BC neighbourhoods and adjoining cities. Ms. Stinky, Dr. Ponzi, Foxy Ferguson, Luna Tick, Busy B. Ody, Dr. B. Rayne Fixer, Lily Pad, Nipinator, Miss Kitty, Dips Tick and, other characters show what happens when stupidity, a hoggish lack of manners and no understanding of moral and ethics are combined with a healthy dose of arrogance, grandiosity and self-centredness.
