Society has become an entirely new culture. Almost all of the governments have been basically destroyed. The survivors of this devastating world war have learned one thing. With huge radioactive clouds moving around the world, makes life even harder to live. But what's left of humanity, that's the biggest problem. During the war different types of bombs was used. And not only did humans rise from the ashes. but creatures. Creatures around the globe, with the taste for human flesh. The new leaders of this new world realized that the most important commodity on the planet is life. So, the leaders have united in an effort to save humanity from extinction.
