Debbie and Pearl continue to be in the rescue business until a trap is laid for them by a mean, evil terrorist, who captures them for their bikes and gravity-free suits, until a rescue mission is started by their father and his test pilot, William. Upon the girl's arrival back on the Moon, David Dart - Debbie's father, makes a decision to keep the girls out of Earth's dangers, by including them on a trip to Mars to set up another base.
