No matter where companies are located, no matter what country, state, or city, no matter how different companies believe they are, one thing is always true - If the goal of most companies is to continuously improve, the answer lies with the success of their people. To drive change, management must be willing to acknowledge the inherent problems. For management, to accept that they are principally the source of most problems, and that the way in which they have managed their resources has not been effective, is difficult for most and even painful for others to embrace. If our employees are as important as companies say they are, companies must walk the walk and do what they can to help their employees be as successful as possible. If they fail at this mission, they have no one to blame but themselves if their organizations fail to perform.
