Seager comes to Dante with another impossible mission. This time he needs to steal 100 million dollars from a Russian oligarch who is planning to fund an IS spinoff group fighting Assad in Syria. The first hurdle Dante has to clear is that he's not leading the project. Mick Keagan, a former art thief, is. The next hurdle is that the money is in a bank in Vanuatu, an island nation - known for its bank secrecy policies - located a thousand miles off the coast of Australia. Only it's not. The money is just on the books. Keagan, Kelly, Niles, and Teal join Dante, Lollard, and Nolan to plot how to turn letters of credit into real money, while two Russian teams, two Jabhat Fateh al-Sham operatives, the bank president, and the head of the board try to prevent them.
