The people, who will aspire to achieve nationhood status, will sanction and command responsible living. These people will make discipline an obligatory anchor to devise a viable and sustainable methodology of peaceful co-existence. Peremptory steps on a journey without a contemporary precedent will command courage to enact. A movement can pack high energy into an emotional issue. Through symbolic or iconic status, an outcome that will be inclusive of fervent sympathies may declare victory for a movement. Individuals, who have become involved in Nation Building, will most often overflow with enthusiastic vigor; however, nationhood status can disclose a tangible enactment of a planned initiative. A nation cannot come into being through dialectic disclosure, nor will the effort fade into "dream only" status due to serious opposition. There must exist a physical erection of an operation complete with infrastructure, structure, commerce, political, and social actions. A nation cannot ascend with an unanalyzable metaphorical victory. The final results shall lie under a necessity to authenticate an existing, functioning nation before heralding victory.
