Requiem for the Day

A nuclear bomb is detonated in Washington DC. A week later the power goes out across the country. The people who don't die from starvation are subject to a flu that wipes out a large portion of the population. Book 3 of the Future Collapse series brings us back to New Haven, a town survivors pieced together in an attempt to bring back civilization. A roaming convoy of bikers ride into town with the threat that they will return. While the town tries preparing to defend themselves a wandering swordsman rides into town with two women.
