Four Weeks - Four to Die

Publisher Marketing: Zaina Mckinley found out she was adopted after overhearing her adoptive parents making plans to blackmail her birth mother. She hated her adoptive parents because they had abused her for many years, and finding out they were not her real parents, unleashed a demon inside her which took control of her thoughts and actions. After meeting her birth mother, Zaina decided to keep her true identity a secret, as she waited for the perfect time to tell her she was her daughter. But instead of the happy reunion she had envisioned between her and her mother, she discovered hurtful truths about why her mother had given her up for adoption. This made her hate her mother and father. Zaina no longer wanted to be a part of their lives and she believed they were both better off dead. Zaina's hate for her mother and father consumed her, and propelled her to commit heinous crimes which led her down a path of self-destruction.
