After facing the business end of a handgun he swears to never get involved again, but he discovers he can't escape his psychic duty. He is discovered by a police detective with his own agenda for Dan's ability. Dan thinks he is safe now that he has a cop on his side, but instead he finds himself taking ever increasing risks. He soon finds himself face to face with a serial killer but then things get even worse as he gets involved in the underground world of organized crime as he fulfills his psychic duty.
