The International Broadcasting System is the largest television network on Earth. Using satellites, it's coverage reaches every square foot of the planet. This Behemoth entity is so large and profitable that management believes it's immune to Government regulations and Pearly Flats laws. Knowing that Pearly Flats is about to enforce a labyrinth of new legislation the corporation joins the Russian KGB in an attempt to bring down Pearly Flats.
