The Romp of Lebrust

In the first book of the series, The Gospel Probe, Francois LeBrust and Adrian Beike, agents of The Trust for the Fusion of Science and the Spirit, initiated Christianity by introducing Beike as the Jesus figure into the religion of ancient Judea. This pivotal event created a new reality with its own timeline. In The Romp of LeBrust, the author now takes up where it left off. From the up-time forward moving terminus of this newly created timeline, representatives of the Institute of Temporal Research led by Brant Conjular are persuaded to visit the Roman period of St. Paul to flush out the details of the Christian movement as related in the books of the New Testament. The principals of each timeline again meet and interact in an atmosphere of intrigue and a series of bizarre encounters.
