Remnant Awakens

The savior of Malethya comes under the banner of enemy sails. Having failed to stop the all-powerful Blood Mage through knives in the night or the strength of a stonehand, our heroes place their trust in Rainier Tallow. Rainier has been gifted a silver tongue that can talk his way out of any situation and into anyone's confidence. No one deserves their trust less. Rainier comes to Malethya's shores with an army at his back but not at his command. Will he gain their trust and assume command over the army? He must use every bit of cunning and influence to direct their swords towards his enemies before they cut him down instead. The hopes and dreams of an entire nation are held by someone who can't think past keeping his own skin intact. Rainier is so entangled in his schemes that the only way to survive may be to save Malethya in the process.
